Coaching for the way you relate.
I support individuals and couples in understanding the patterns that shape how they relate to themselves, to each other and to change.

Three relationship contexts.
What would it mean to relate with more clarity, honesty and choice?
You may understand a lot — and still notice familiar patterns taking over.
How we relate matters.
My work is trauma-informed, relational and present-focused. Rather than trying to correct a pattern quickly, we become curious about what it may be protecting and what becomes possible when there is more awareness and choice.
NARM® is one of the main approaches that informs my work.

I have worked with individuals, groups and organisations around relationships, communication, conflict and change. My current work brings together NARM®-informed practice, systemic coaching, embodiment and nonviolent communication.

Exploring relationships through writing.
My books extend the same questions I work with in coaching: how we relate, how we change, and how we stay connected to ourselves and others.
A few practical questions.
How do I know which kind of support fits?
If you are coming on your own, individual coaching is usually the right starting point. If both partners want support around the relationship, couples coaching may fit better. If the relationship is changing or ending, separation support can be used individually or together.
Are sessions online?
Yes. All individual, couples and separation sessions currently take place online via Zoom.
How much does coaching cost?
I use an income-based sliding scale. Individual 60-minute sessions currently range from €80 to €160 per session, and couples 90-minute sessions from €140 to €220 depending on income and package size. View all fees.
Is your work psychotherapy?
No. My services are coaching and do not constitute psychotherapy or medical treatment. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.
